I will start this week with a goodie I left of my thrifty post!

 

Ok not the whole set, but the small fruit bowl in Scarlet, I got 2 of them for $.54!!

Yes that is right 2 $7.50 pieces were on sale for $5.25 each and a $10 coupon!

Woo-Hoo!

I need a 4th color to finish my set and I was so glad when they released a red again!!

Next I am going to dedicate more time to reading. I am joining Un-plug for the summer. No worries, it is only one day of the week. I will use Tuesday my day off and Un-plug!

My reading today has taken me to this

I am HOOKED!!! I am rushing through it like I love to do. A good book that really gets me is my favorite!!

Karen is a lovely person and is working on her 2nd book now! YEAH!! I will be done soon and will want another!

You can go to her blog, The English Writer, for ways to order her book. Only way I found to get it in the US, But it was very reasonable even with shipping from the UK!

It is a little risqué so if you don’t like that please skip, but it is a really great love story!

It’s very exciting that it has fallen on a

I am so very happy I started blogging one year ago today. I have met the most  wonderful people in the world in Blogland and feel privileged to call you all my friends!

All the sweet little kittens at work have forever homes!!

Sally and Linus went to different homes But Linus got a really great noew home and Sally will be with her other brother Schroder!!

We are so happy our little sweeties are happy in forever homes!!

Our very sweet friend Susie is home from the hospital!! She is still recuperating but at home is so much better than at the hospital.

Susie had back surgery last week and she and her sweet daughter Jenny run SuzAnna’s Antiques here in Raleigh.

I  have a hard time holding on my my phone so I was excited to find a rubber cover. I can even still slide the phone open to use the quarty  keyboard!
