New Furniture

As it is my goal to get rid of items I am also collecting anything free!!

A friend is moving and trying to get rid of a few things so once again Lisa to the rescue ;)

This table is awesome!!

It lives next door to Molly’s house and she is good with it, she likes having the neighborhood remolded on a monthly basis ;)

I ACTUALLY , have already changed the whole area again, hehehe

I just cannot leave anything alone!

I do so love my new table and how all my goodies look on it,

Here it is with my daisies I got for $2.99!!! And a pink vase also picked up from my friend!

Pink Saturday in the UK

I am keeping with my “I want to move to the  UK” theme this week ;)

Here is where I will live!!

Ok I confess, I’d move to England for Cath Kidston alone!!

I won’t even go into the clothes!!!!

I will get a huge basket so I can ride in to town to shop at Cath’s ;)

So I will be making my notebook full of great pinks from Cath  to have in my new cottage!

Last Saturday my niece turned the big #2!!

She had to be a Princess!

My story is of my sweet little cousin Chase. At nine months old he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma.

(The bruise on his head is from playing like a boy not his cancer ;)

How can you say to a baby’s family your child has the worst form of cancer in 7 different parts of his body? I know why I am not a doctor.

My cousin Christine has the best spirit and the whole family dug in and 11 months after diagnosis Chase was treatment free, he has stayed that way for 4 months now. Chase has continued to fight and is a happy child that climbs and runs and swims and enjoys all that life has to offer.

It is great to see God work so fast and how even those who should be too little to understand can know to live life to the fullest.

I have always had Hope even if all the loved ones didn’t make it all the way through the journey. They lived and had good lives and that is the Hope we are given daily.

I thank God every day for the day I had they are really all good no matter how I handled them, simply because I had the day.

Pink Suzanna’s

This week I will share some of my great pink finds I got from Suzanna’s Antiques! They have the best stuff to look through, I can spend tons of time out there!

I bought this a few weeks ago when I was out there ;)

A whole long piece of PINK pom poms! I love it. No idea what I will do with it but it is just fun!

While I was there I found this great bed spread.  I kept thinking about it and trying to not remember I wanted it, even decided it had to be gone because I really wanted it :(

So as I headed back last week I was hopeful my spread was still there♥♥

It was!!!!

Here is Molly testing it out, she was on it before I had it completely spread out, ugggh!

All over it!

I got these two cute umbrellas at another local shop and the owner asked me what I was going to do with them, really?

“They will sit on a shelf” ;)

Who would have thought silly party favors would be so important to people 50 years later!

I don’t think I have discussed my bowl obsession yet, but I have a BAD one ;)

And this is PINK!! A good friend of mine is moving and didn’t need/want all her things so I nicely offered to take it off her hands, you have to do these things for your friends. They reminded her of her Ex sooooo

I have a PINK bowl, squeal!!!!

Pink Car

Ok so this is not my car, oh I so wish it was!

This is my car, I do love it though ;)

And I add pink to it!!

This little sweetie rides along with me!

 

This is my good luck charm, I got it in a McDonalds Happy Meal about 7 years ago and I got the job I went to interview for after! It has been in my car ever since!  Looks it too ;)

Our Local University has their logo in Pink too! I have this car coaster on my side!

Well used ;)

You know I LOVE totes I keep them organized in the car with my pink tote! Also my lunch bag is there right now too ;)

My niece has a Pink car seat that is in my mom’s car right now!

Here it is today. My pinks all summer time!

I love all my junk, it makes me smile to look at and to play with when I move it around.

I found the best books in the 75% off bin at Barnes & Noble♥

All these for less than $10!

I love the copy of Anne, it is really great!

and I got looks, for how loud I was when I found this beauty!!!

I got it for $5.52, I love also getting my 10% off everything I buy there♥

But I had to have this little beauty 

How cute is she? How can you not love a Hedgehog named Arugula??

She is having a tea party :)

She is very precise and has everything perfect for all her friends!

This is such a sweet book that I am adding to my Hedgehog book collection. You will hear more about Hedgehogs here I’m sure ;)

Pink Cupcakes

I love pink cupcakes

They are super duper cute!

I must confess that I don’t really make cupcakes :(

I know they are easy, I just am not a baker. I can  cook and enjoy it but cakes and cookies are not my thing.

Well they are super handy!
