I have the best friends I never met.

You guys are just awesome.

I cannot tell you how much fun blogging is. I can visit blogs and have looks at the most amazing homes, buy super cute things, win fun prizes, giveaway fun things, share the joys and sorrows of life, and just get presents because you guys are sweet! I recently "ranted" I have so much in my storage I cannot get to what I want when I want it. So sweet Holly said send it my way. I checked and she said yes I want anything you send. So far I think she is thrilled! It was fun to go through my treasures and pick a few for her so she could enjoy them for awhile. Then about a week ago Martha @ Martha's Favorites had a wonderful post about some new treasures she found I said if she ever got tired of anything send it my way. I got the response "what do you like" hehe that was easy EVERYTHING, and "what's your address"!!! REALLY!!! I was joking not begging. But sweet Martha said I have just the thing and she packed it up and here it is

My mom says her grandmother used to make them and their hat pins were stuck in them. She never got one so it is so neat I have one now!

I'm a little obsessed with the 1940's and 50's. I am just enough past them to remember remnants of homey treasures my Great grand Mother's had. It is like I got a glimpse and just  have to have more!

I do hope I can express how much this means to me, without putting in the usual everyday griping, I really needed these this week!
