I rented Leap Year with Amy Adams and Matthew Goode last weekend.
What a great treat.
As I searched I found it was rated worst film of the year, ladies I have seen MUCH MUCH worse!!!
I have to admit I love Amy Adams and she is so perfect for a romantic lead♥
She, Anna, is on her way to Dublin to meet her boyfriend to Propose on Feb. 29th and Declan, Matthew Goode, is trying to get her there. The usual fighting, and mishaps ensue
With a few sweet bits where they relate
And well they both get their lives in order. It works nicely with some really fun Irish characters to help them along.
I thought it was very cute and enjoyed watching it. I am considering buying a copy♥
I hope if you get tired of reruns and need some girl time you will consider this one.
It is a thumbs up in my book☻

Can't thank you enough for your reviews. I was telling my husband how nice it was to have online friends. This one for this, that one for that...then there was, Lisa, in Raleigh, the vet assistant, that likes the exact same movies as me. I know if she picks one, I will like it. :-)

ReplyDeleteI loved it! My husband and I saw it at the theaters. It seems like we usually like the movies that get the worst rating. My husband and I joke, that if something gets a bad rating that it is usually a must see.

ReplyDeleteI loved it! No PERSONAL STUFF (that I don't want to see!) and no bad language. That is why it was probably rated the worst movie of the year...no sex, violence, cheating, etc... :(
