I just cannot get out of my head how lovely it would be to live in a place like this
A sweet little cottage on a narrow little street
Where I could walk or ride my bike down to the village a few blocks away.
I would be so happy here!
I know that England is colder than here but I really cannot handle the heat here and will love it for a while!!
Now where is it that I want to go…
Looks like lovely choices doesn’t it!
Oh to dream ;)
Hugs, Lisa
ooooooo, heaven!
ReplyDeleteIf only we could do a house swap for a while 'hehe' although my house isn't quite as pretty as the ones you've shown.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny how we always want what we can't have!

I've been to England a few times and it is so lovely. I could live there in a second! I, like you, love all things British.
ReplyDeleteA dream can become a reality you know!

Oh Lisa Sweetie...
ReplyDeleteI want to be your neighbor. We can ride our bikes to the local market and carry home dinner in our baskets. Can I come too?
It has been so HOT here in Phoenix this Summer. Way hotter than normal. I am so tired of the heat I could just scream. Yep, I need a vacation away from the heat. With it hanging around as long as it has, it means it is going to be another hot Fall and warm Winter. I don't relish either thought.
Oh yes this looks like the perfect place to be happy for now. If we could only move our jobs and our stuff there hu?
Have a beautiful day sweetie. Many hugs and much love, Sherry
How soon can we go? Ha ha....someday!!!!

The cottages looks so cozy, don't they? I'd love to go to Ireland... one of these days!

Hi Lisa,
ReplyDeleteI love your wonderful pick of houses and yes, it would be fun to live in a cute village like these.
Do you get Escape to the Country there, I love that show where someone that is wanting to buy a house in England is shown around all the darling houses that are for sale.
Happy week
Hugs
Carolyn

ReplyDeleteTake me with you Lisa...I'll move too!
ReplyDeleteIf you go, take me with you! :-)
ReplyDeleteOh Lisa, I'm so with you on this today! I'm a country girl stuck in the city.. All the traffic and sirens, and people yelling and cussing out loud in the streets.. What I would give to sit out on my front porch, crocheting something or other, looking at the stars... hearing nothing but the crickets chirping, and maybe a little Alan Jackson playing softly from my kitchen radio in the background! (sigh) Wherever, if ever, I could find it, it sounds wonderful to me!... Have a great day! ~tina
ReplyDeleteOh keep dreaming Lisa, you just never know! My daughter is studying in Ireland next year and you just know I will HAVE to visit her! Well, since I HAVE to go I might as well take a trip to England and France too, ha! Maybe we can meet at your cozy little cottage and you can show me around!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Jacalyn
