Treasures Tuesday!

I've been gone so long I have too much to tell! So I need to make a list and and go one by one! I have found 3 sets of pink dishes and I have redecorated my room! I'm reading the Twlight series (on book three and still not sure I'm into it) and trying to spring clean! If you live in the Raleigh NC area I have a few vintage goodies at Suzaznna's Antiques. They are a great place I find WAY too much each time I go! Jen and the girls are great fun to visit! I have also gotten a ton of really great hand made lovelies from our fellow bloggers! I need to get pictures made as we still don't have a camera. I have to borrow one so I can only get it on occasion. BUT I will lots of plans this weekend! So I've looked through and found a few old pictures and hope you like them!



This is a finished piece of my redo. This is an old pie safe that didn't have doors so it makes a great shelf. I've used it in several places over the years and just love my jar collection on it. I have sewing items in the jars on the bottom and cookie cutters and molds in the ones on the second shelf. The top shelf has my dvd players and DVD hiding behind some really great vintage plcemats, the remote will even work through them! I lke the look and that it hides them! In order to save time and not make the placemats unusable I safty pinned them around a tension rod. I then used vintage buttons from my collection to cover the pins! I was very pleased with the out come.



This is another one of my favorites! My vintage (or some of them) sifters hanging in my kitchen. I bought this basket holder and it has worked perfectly to hold them! I usually go over board when I collect so I'm trying to downsize!

Well more later! I've got to get to work on pictures so you can see my new goodies!
