First my baby cousin Chase is in his second round of kemo and was ok until a bout with a C-DIFF infection hit him. They have to do 8 total rounds of kemo, 2 radiation and are harvesting his stem cells (thank God the Insurance company ok'd That was the last thing they need) starting on Monday, a long several day process, YUCK!! Thought you'd like to see this...

Our dear friend Ann @ Life at Anns Place has had great news and will be heading to Houston for testing week after next!
And last but not least Our sweet sisters @ the wild raspberry have had good news that their sister Shauna has come through her surgery and are waiting test results. Link to this post it is very beautiful!
Thank you for praying with me for all our friends and family that are in need right now!
Hugs, Lisa

What a beautiful boy! I so hope things turn out well for him and all of your family. It has to be so hard. God bless you all.
ReplyDeleteThese are good news. Aaawww chase is an adorable little guy and a very cheerful one. And i will continue to pray for him.
ReplyDeleteI've arrived from Pink saturday and have to add that your cupcakes are delish . . . to the sight :-)
Happy Ps!

What a sweet-faced, smiling little boy. It saddens me so to see these young children with such awful diseases they have no capacity to begin to understand. He will be in my thoughts, as will the others you mentioned. This country needs to get its priorities right. Fighting wars in another country; when we have the war on cancer afflicting our loved ones. That's who we need to be providing for, in my book.

He is just sooo sweet. He will be in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteThere are just so many needs aren't there? But our God is good and faithful, and so must we remain in prayer. Even though none of us might know each other, together our prayers make one strong body, don't they?
ReplyDeletePeace and Grace,

It's so unfair when the little innocent ones get hit with a life-affecting illness. The heartache and worry for you and the rest of his family must be tremendous. I will be thinking and praying and hoping for the best for all of you.
