I am grateful...

Ok I am grateful for God, family and the free country I live in. I am not all that shallow, but right now I will be.

My new camera! and it's PINK!!!

 

It is a Kodak Easyshare 

 

It is used from a place on ebay. I paid $45 and no shipping!

I got it out of the packaging, put in batteries, a memory card and turned it on.

This is a real Point and shoot! I am so thankful I broke down and got this. 97%  of owner reviews were great, the price was unbeatable and it got here in 4 days!

I was so hoping I wouldn't regret buying it because it was pink!

It did not have any of the extras no instructions or software or computer cords. But I can get the instructions and software from Kodak's web site and then I know I won't loose it. But I have yet to go and read it as it is so easy to use I don't need to! I take the pictures from the memory card to my computer so it is super easy as it is!

If you are considering a new cheep camera I do suggest this one. It is also made in silver if you are opposed to pink. Search Kodak Easyshare C813 on ebay and you can find it in several different forms and prices if you want the "extras" included.

Right now I'm going to have fun with my camera! I carry it everywhere cause I can!

Lucky in Blogland

I have been blessed with many wonderful blog friends. I have also been very lucky with blog giveaways. Just so you know I only win a very few of the lovely prizes that are out there to win. I go and visit my friends that are giving away and I enter. I really just like the visiting and just get lucky!

I have lately won several!

Next up was a sweet offering by Jillian from her shop Bella Rosa Antiques 

I actually think the giveaway was on her Blog Jillian's Pages where she shares her lovely family and all the fun she is having being the mommy of an almost one year old. Both blogs are amazing you should visit!

But she offered 3 vintage aprons. She emailed me when I won and asked which one I wanted! I saw that another winner wanted and LOVES the kitty one so I was thrilled that I got my first choice!

Christmas! I have 2 or 3 already but not like this one!

And this sweet vintage post card was a bonus!  I think I'm in heaven! Hum.. wonder if that is what blogland really is? Thanks Jillian!

Well last but certainly not least is my sweet puppy from Roeshel @ Evangeline' Vine who showed us two of her sweet doxie creations and asked us to say why we could give the one we loved a good home. AND I got Paisley! Thanks Roeshel!

 She is happy here at pupylov with all my puppies and even has a special friend I was awarded in a Pay-it-forward! That will be a post soon as will another giveaway. I'm in love with Fall and have treats to share with you! Stay tuned.

I interrupt this lovely holiday to RANT AND RAVE!!!

Ok for your sakes I will only rant on one subject... STUFF!!!!!!
I went out to put away this green tote, buy to my pink dishes for awhile.

Yes ladies this is my on site storage. No attic and the closets are non existent!

Yes ladies it is to the roof! Six feet tall on both sides all the way to the top! Over half is mine. The other half is my mother's.

I AM GETTING RID OF IT ALL! I'M DONE IT HAS TO GO!!!

What brought this on you ask? I have at least 5 glass acorns and 3 turkeys.

NONE OF WHICH I COULD FIND TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not happy and I was DRIPPING wet with sweat when I came inside. I have 2 Halloween totes and one with fall glass. NONE of which I could find ONE SINGLE ACORN OR TURKEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I am off this weekend and I have decided anything I don't think I can put on consignment at Suzanna's Antiques will be given away on my blog! I want it gone ALL OF IT!!

My house you understand is OVERFLOWING!!!!!

I am also going to be VERY careful not to buy one single stupid holiday item this year. I got tired of the 12 Christmas totes I opened and that really put me over the edge so I had to quit! Be on the lookout ladies I am on a rampage!

Thanks for listening I just had to get this off my chest. Now MAYBE I can make it to Saturday to get this done. Watch out Jenny here I come with a LOAD!
