Pink Saturday Valentines!

I have actually made and finished a project!!

It is slightly bigger than I had thought at first but I love it!

Isn’t she the greatest EVER!! I got a box of these at Barnes and Nobles with coupons and my member discount and she was a bargain!!

The paper was in a pack I bought at Big Lots for $1.99. I could not believe they matched her so well. I used my 2 different Martha Stewart edge punches to do the edges. The buttons were in a huge old tin of my mom’s and also were the best shade and just perfect!!

Hard to tell really but it is a peachy pink and looks great with yellows! The blue papers match the background on the card.

I am always afraid I will over do something so I left it.

Then I did the back.

I think I like it best! I fit all the scraps together to cover the cardboard back! And the buttons were cute without being too much. I am very happy with her and she is hanging on my shelves that being taken over with Valentine!!

Don’t know why this turned out so dark. I hope you are all having a great Pink Saturday Valentine!

  22. Pink Saturday is such a fun time of the week for me in the wintertime. Michigan winters are not only cold, they are very gray and today is no exception to the rule.

Thank you so much for sharing your blog this Pink Saturday and for making my day brighter and pinker and more fun!☺

How precious! I wish I had that kind of talent...sigh.

♥Wishing you sunshine surrounded by those you love today, tomorrow and always♥

  23. You sound like me, "I actually finished a project". Made me smile. Thanks for coming by my blog and commenting. I'm enjoying Pink Saturday - lots of things to look at and I haven't made a dent yet, well, maybe a dent. A small one. I saw one of your other posts - a bulletin board. At least I saw the photos - did you redo it? I immediately thought, I have 2 old ones in the garage. I think. Crafty crafty! Thanks, Jenn.
