Sniffles and my week wasn’t all bad

Hi my sweet friends. Thanks again for all your prayers for my co-worker. She will be back in town on Saturday. Her grandmother’s respirator was turned off Monday evening and she passed soon after. The family is as well as can be expected.
imageI still have the sniffles. I bought an all in one cold syrup and after one dose I am feeling like I may make it through. I have tried to spend some time visiting but have not gotten around a much as I would like! I miss you guys. But when I’m home it is so much better to just lay in my comfy bed.
I have some projects I am working on and hope to feel like getting them done this weekend! I’m off work!!! And I promise next week I will have happy posts.
Things here are not all bad. One of my favorite college basketball teams, NCSU, beat the best team in our conference, Duke! I live in the very middle of the ACC. NC has 4 of the 10 teams in the conference. So basketball is big here and even if you didn’t attend one of the 4 you still pick a favorite. So last night was exciting basketball.
American Idol was pretty interesting last night too. Then I watched Ghost Hunters International. I cannot breath too very good so vegging in front of the tv  is fun for me! hehehe
I’ve also done some AWESOME sale and coupon shopping!! I got a box of M&M ice cream pops for $0.06!! How great is that! Yeah I need dairy with this head cold but they are mostly chocolate. And Chocolate makes everything better.  I scored really great crafting supplies too!!
Just so you know I am still ok and all is not bad. In fact after not breathing well for a few days lots of things seem really funny! hehehe
Hugs, Lisa
Just so you know

  2. Feel better soon, Lisa! Stay in bed and watch television! That's what I do when I don't feel well. You've had a tough week - you deserve the rest.

  5. Hope the sniffles are soon gone and you are back and going strong. I love the changes you have made to your blog. I'm too afraid of making any changes for fear of hitting a wrong button and losing the whole thing! It's very pretty!
